You can do link and a few others. some HTML allowed
Yes but with click buttons, say a Link generator? Something like this would be too much: but if some HTML is allowed would be nice if it's one button

That would be something to bring to Get Satisfaction's attention as they run these boards.

Hey Geoff, That makes sense to us. Since we use a third party platform, we don’t have any control over it. We shared the idea with the Get Satisfaction team, so we’ll let you know if they do!

Would be cool if you guys eventually migrated away from get satisfaction. It seems a lot of good suggestions have been made regarding how this board could potentially operate better, but because koodo currently uses a third party platform instead of developing a community themselves, these changes aren't something koodo can actually implement themselves.
Sumaya, It seems (from the source) that Koodo is using Cloudfront from Amazon so an add on rich text editor should be an easy swap. Thanks again

Hey MarcusG!

With the upcoming Koodo Community, Get Satisfaction added a more advanced editor. Check it out 🙂 [type]=recent]https://c.getsatisfaction.com/koodo?topic-list[settings][type]=recent
