All the things that make Koodo a success are good business practice. I believe that the best form of advertising is word-of-mouth - it can make or break a company, depending on the level of service they provide.
I think that Koodo should have a reward program wherein the customer receives an amount towards their tab when they recommend a new customer. Even $50.00 would gain a new customer, and also give them incentive to 'pass on the awesome service they receive to others.
Because word-of-mouth advertising travels fast, Koodo could easily increase their customer base quickly.
