returning cstomer unable to use self serve


i was a previous koodo customer and just returned yesterday. my email address is the same as it was years ago and i can sign in to my self serve, but it is blank. there is no information and all i get is a blue screen with a green rectangle when i try to access any page.

It may be that your email address is still attached to the empty shell of your former account. Send Koodo a PM on Facebook, or DM on Twitter, and they should be able to do a reset for you.
same issue. any help please?    i have, as advised, sent a msg on FB already.

Hi there!

You definitely need to contact Koodo to get this resolved...

All profiles attached to your email need to be deleted, and then a new one could be created.

Once deleted, and new profile created, it will take less than 1 min...

Thanks. Have tried multiple different ways to contact Koodo. Would be nice if they would respond.

Give them some time... This time of the year is always super busy... Trust me, a lot of people working OT to assist clients...
