I ordered a device from the Koodo Online Webstore and the device should be arriving soon. However, I planned on cancelling my service with Koodo right after and paying off my tab along with any prorated charges for the few days of service. My question is regarding the 15-day money back guarantee and warranty policy.
1. If I were to cancel my service before the 15 days are over, would I still be eligible to return my device back to Koodo for a full refund? If not, what are my options?
2. I am given a one year warranty policy with my phone. If I am no longer an active customer with Koodo, how would I go about getting my phone fixed should a problem arise? In my case, I would be talking about a Google Pixel. Would I still be able to go to a Koodo Store to get my phone fixed?
