Repeated signal loss on Samsung Galaxy Ace

My Samsung Galaxy Ace keeps losing it's connection to the Koodo network, so I can't make/receive calls or texts. I've just restored to factory settings, and after a few minutes, it lost the network again. Other troubleshooting solutions have worked for a few minutes before the connection is lost again. Any advice?

As others have suggested before pulling the batter and removing the SIM card often does the trick.
I had the same issue with my Galaxy S2 X & the lady at the Koodo centre said she would swap the SIM card because that sometimes solves the problem. So if the other suggestions don't work take it to a Koodo spot. Has to be Koodo, Future Shop or other retailers won't help you. I got fed up with mine & am switching to a z10.
