Repair number not working. Phone is lost?


I sent my phone in for under-warranty repair three weeks ago. The tracking number I was given has never shown me any details. Purolator tracking says it was picked up on the 25th.
Where is my phone? Is it being repaired? Was it lost? I'd rather just have it back without any repairs done at this point.

Correct, I live too far away from a Koodo store for the in-store option to be viable. I requested a Return Mailer and followed the instructions thereafter. Purolator shipping says the package was delivered on the 25th.

Under the Track Your Repair section: You don't have any active repairs.
When I try to put in the number I was given: No active repair was found under that Repair Number.

Purolator says: Sep 25, 2017 10:20 a.m.Mississauga (east/est), ON Shipment delivered to SHAAHI at: SHIP DOCK

So, sound like the phone didn't get to Koodo...
You should contact Purolator and ask them where  your item is.

Thank you. Doesn't look like my phone is coming back, but at least I know where the error lies.

At least it should be insured. At least I hope Koodo insures their shipments.

Purolator now says: Your shipment was delivered successfully to the address provided on the waybill which is: UTI Archway Telus C-2450 Stansfield RD L4Y1S2.
