Reinstitute after seasonal hold

Have had my phone on a seasonal hold for 3 months and am now trying to reinstitute a plan, but it won't allow me me to do so. Keeps telling my an error has occurred and to try later. Have now been trying for 2 days.  Samsung note 2

If you are fishing for a plan that you previously had and which has been discontinued, you won't get anywhere. You have to pick something from what's currently available.

If indeed, there's an error on the website, call customer service, tell them you get a bug on self-serve and they should be able to fix you up with something currently available at no extra charge.

There was an issue with the self-serve, but problem has been resolved with a phone call and fee has been waived.
