Regarding Payment Inquiry


I took prepaid plan for my phone. I did my payment for new SIM and for add on booster. When I was Activating my account online they are charging me the add on booster fee again. Can u let me know How can I resolve this?

Hmm you'll need to speak with a rep to resolve a billing issue. You can call 611 to speak to a rep.

You can't buy boosters before activating an account. So, what do you mean you bought a sim and booster at the same time?
