Referral amount not credited to my account


Hi, I have taken referral on 31st Dec2014 and as per koodo policy referral credit should be applicable between 6-8 weeks. But already 9 weeks completed still i didn't get any referal credit. May i know what may the reason and provide the is there any koodo customer care mail id.Because i tried many times to koodo customer care, no one responded. My referral status is accepted and its in-progress.Find the attached screen shot for your reference.

If I'm not mistaken that screenshot says that your friend accepted the offer. There a few condition koodo places on whether the referral is valid or not. Either way if you emailed them they should have gotten back to you. What email address did you send it to?

I am not sure with whom I need to contact..if you know please provide email address of koodo support

There was also another post about the referral program on here a couple days ago, and one of the Koodo employees mentioned that they are performing some upgrades to the system. So it could just be backed up waiting for that to happen. I believe there is also a waiting period after the person signs up to make sure they aren't just cancelling the next day.
