Recently unable to send SMS/MMS

Has there been a recent change to SMS settings? I have not been able to send text messages for about 2 weeks (Vancouver Island, third party phone)

Hi Trent, I would suggest calling Koodo to see if Tech Support could assist. 1-866-995-6636 from a landline so they can troubleshoot your phone.

Have you tried doing a battery & SIM Card pull? While the device is on take out the battery & SIM Card for a minute or so, then replace them and try it. If that doesn't work then it might be something on Koodo's end, so then give them a call like Ivy suggested.
I have pulled the SIM with the device off. The battery is not removeable.
Reseating the sim with the device on fixed it.
