received wrong plan


I thought i purchased a phone & plan for my friend that lives with me this past January ( i receive bill for both of us). Got different data ONLY, ($2.00 ADD-ON) that's ok, but she does'have UNLIMITED incoming/outgoing calls during the day. i wanted her plan same as MY PLAN $35.00 but pay extra data. Been trying to figure out for MONTHS since first bill that she had to pay the extra daytime minutes (over 100 minutes) how to talk to a Koodo Representative to rectify this??

You can log into self serve and change to any current plan that Koodo offers.

If you want your friend to have the same plan as you that's not possible if that plan is no longer offered. If unlimited minutes is needed then a plan with it or the unlimited minutes add on needs go be put on.
