reactivating the self serve login


my account was mot renewed in months but i want to re-use the phone, bought a new sim card but i can't login into the self serve .

i keep getting "Your login has been disabled. Please contact Koodo Customer Service."
how can i get access to my account again?

You can either use another email address to sign up for a new account or you can "Contact Customer Service" via Facebook messenger.
