reactivated phone but mobile data doesn't work


My phone was reported as lost. I reactivated it, but my mobile data won't work. Help?

Make sure that: 1. Your phone is NOT set to 2G only in your network settings; 2. Your mobile data is enabled on your device; 3. Your APN is correctly entered (and selected) (you can find more info here: http://mobilemasters.koodomobile.com/the-comprehensive-guide-for-bringing-your-unlocked-device-to-koodo/). If none of the above work, please call customer support (611 from your Koodo mobile).
