( essentially making picture messages work on a phone that doesnt have a data plan) I won't be charged for the assistance correct? I don't trust myself to do it, and I need to bring in both mine and my siblings nexus 5's to get it done ,as both of us can't send / receive picture messages, or we don't get them in a timely manner..I got a photo of my friends bangs three weeks after she sent it to me..

The rep won't charge you and there really isn't a charge for something like that. However, doing this is at the discretion of the rep and they could and can refuse to help as all customers like to blame the reps when something goes wrong, among other reasons. As long as the store/kiosk isn't busy at the time and the rep knows about APN settings, which not all do, then the rep shouldn't mind. Good luck
