Problems with the online self serve usage site. Own number shown as the recieved number. Anyone else?

Again I am having issues with the self serve site and errors with the information. First, messages that I had received (from certain numbers) were not displayed at all. Now, when I receive a message it shows my own number rather than the number the message was sent from. Has anyone else noticed this? Come on Koodo, get your act together.

It's not a problem. Incoming numbers aren't shown due to privacy.

Nothing wrong as Myke suggested it. Is this your first phone?
Incoming numbers have always been shown til yesterday...incoming numbers are shown on the call log in your bill...texts are no different..not a privacy issue..this us a problem just since yesterday

Wrong. Incoming numbers are not shown & are replaced by having your own number displayed. This is because of the privacy act.

OP is right. Im just checking my self serve and for voice on ebill and for Texts in the usage Tab on self serve, incoming always showed the sender's phone number. For text this was the case until 7pm mountain time on Oct.19. Everything after that shows my own number for received texts. This sucks a little. Maybe Koodo has finally tightened up on some privacy gaps

This all changed yesterday. It's a privacy issue. This is the way it is now. It's not a glitch or a problem. The times have changed.

I hear you and I understand your frustration but it's actually to protect you from prying eyes. Your phones calm log will still shown you who has called but the bill will not. There must be a legal reason they've done this. Otherwise they would've left it the way it was.
guess ill just have to find another way to get the message usage another way how are u to dispute charges if u dont know the number
