Problems with S5 Google services login


I have a Koodo Galaxy S5, awesome phone, awesome Koodo plan ... but 2 days ago it stopped connecting to Google play store, stopped syncing and will not even connect to any Google services. I have spoken to Samsung.ca tech support, rebooted phone, factory reset it and tied everything ... nothing works. Any suggestions?
