Problem with my apps


Everytime I want to dwnload an app I have a problem it said "error No connection " but no connection with what?? if my internet still working but as soon as I go to play store same problem I can not even update the app

If it doesn't fix it's self go ninth your phones settings, then go to manage applications, then find the play store app and click on it, then click force close and clear data twice. Go try it again and it should work. If not try turning the phone off and back on also.

Thank you, that worked for one few minutes but this porblem has been for a month and still the same 😞 I think I have to go to the kood center and see what they can do

I get this message on occasion as well, like the others have said, just keep trying, you'll connect soon enough.
