Is it all incoming calls you can't receive or just certain ones? Also the customer service number is *611 from your Koodo phone or 18669956636 from any other phone

All incoming from all numbers.

I'm surprised a factory reset didn't correct this issue. It may be a service issue. Please let us know what customer service says about this!

Did you port your number to Koodo recently?

WHat happens when you call yourself from another line?

I should have clued in. My money is on a recent port and just waiting for the old service provider to fully release the number. Good call, Dennis!

No had this same phone # for 7 years now,  I have tried calling myself.  My family has been being bounced when they call me for over 24 hours now...
Calls ring once and then a female voice says "one moment please"  then it goes straight to voicemail.

hmmm, that's very strange. It may be a device issue. I would suggest trying the sim card in a different phone that will work on Koodo's network if at all possible. This will for sure tell us whether it's an issue with service or with the phone.

Not sure about that,  I was just on phone with support and she had me power off phone and turn it on again then she was going to call me back and now I cannot get inbound or make outbound calls....  not sure what to do now

I'm not sure why she would suggest doing this. I know that is normal troubleshooting procedures but given the situation it doesn't make sense to attempt to make a call back if you're experiencing an incoming call issue. I'll apologize for her.

Again, if I were to put myself in your shoes I would try the sim in another device to identify if it's a device or service issue.

Or try a different Koodo sim in your phone.

Give both a try an see if the issue follows your phone or your sim.

Hi Cyndie! Are you still experiencing issues with your incoming calls? Keep us posted!

Yes I am,  I have tried everything suggested and nothing has resolved the problem,  I tried calling customer service and they told me to hang up shut off my phone for three minutes and then still nothing and they could not call me back.  My closest Koodo kiosk is in the next town half an hour away and I cannot get there easily so for now there is no help for me.  This is an almost new phone and I cannot use it so very frustrated but nothing I can do about it 😞

I understand how frustrating that must be 😞 Since at this point we do not know if it is a service/SIM or device issue, I would strongly suggest taking Taylor's suggestion and trying your SIM in another device and see if you can receive incoming calls there. That will give us a clear idea on where the issue is and we'll have more chances on finding a solution to fixing this problem.
