plan not reflecting what's on koodoo Web site


Why does my minutes says 0/40 min for calls but on koodoo Web site for the plan I choose it's 200 minutes why not say 0/200 min

Did you just sign up?

If so your first month is a partial prorated month before your full billing cycle month kicks in, hence you only have 40 mins for what I assume is about 6 days before the new cycle starts
