plan help!

I have just changed my plan from a 20 dollar plan to the 30 dollar. I should be getting the option to now have voicemail and caller ID however I have not. Does the plan not kick in for 24 hours or something like that?

It should work instantly. Try doing a battery reset, which is taking out your sim card and your battery for about one minute and then restart your device. Also, confirm on Self Serve that the plan has indeed changed. (There may have been an error). If all fails, you can contact Customer Care for free on your phone by dialling *611.

It should be in effect right away OR a couple of minutes, if anything. Turn your phone off for a minute then back on.
