Plan


I change my plan to Canada wide talk&text20 just now. But it did not change the airtime to 100min. Why?

This occurs more often than you think. Just give it a day, and you should see your new changes activate. Hope this helps! 🙂
The plan change take some time to activate. I changed mine today and it wasn't instant. Check tomorrow, if it still hasn't changed, call 866-995-6636 to inquire if there was a problem with the switch. After I changed mine it said time usage wasn't available due to a recent plan change when I checked immediately after.
