picture messaging


I have a Samsung Galaxy S ll X and I am unable to send or receive picture messages. Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have your data blocked on your Koodo account, or turned off in your settings?

Your packet data needs to be on to do this, and you can't have data blocked on your account
I have my data turned off, but i'm using wifi, do i still need to have my data turned on?

Yes. Picture messaging requires an active connection to data on the cell network to function. Edit: Beat by chad... by seconds... twice... 😉

Your data MUST be turned on.
