Hello, I need to unlock my phone for travel purposes but I cannot get a hold of koodo customer service. would I be able to do it online?
You can try sending Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and help you there. That said Koodo is swamped right now with the big Christmas sale so it could take some time to get to you.
