Phone still paid even though i paid it


I have a problem right now with Koodo. Friday, Febuary 28th 2014 I paid my phone bill through my bank account before i was notified it was ready because it said how much i needed to pay on self serve. 2 day's later it still say's i owe them money even though i paid them like i do every month which is through my TD bank account. I want to know why it hasn't gone through.

Bank payments can take up to four business days (Mon,Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) to post. When the payment is applied it will be applied for the day you paid it. Don't worry. You can also call Koodo with the payment reference number and report the payment if it makes you feel better. Source: This is how I pay my own bill.

True. I always pay mine in the same manner. It can take quite some time before it shows up on the koodo self serve.

Patience is needed. Especially if you pay a bill on a Friday, payments are not processed over the weekend, so account information is not updated until the open of business on Monday. Computers deserve a weekend as well, not just the humans in front of them!

Don't blame koodo.:-) tell your bank to speed up transactions!!!!!

If you're paying through your bank, it's recommended that you make a payment at least 3 business days before the bill is due to give it time to process the payment. It's from the bank side, not Koodo.

It will show up. Just takes a while.
