Hi there. [b]Im leaving for the USA tomorow morning and was planning on using my phone so im hoping to sort this out ASAP. Customer service is closed so im really hoping for some help!
My goal is to use my new SIM card to get a monthly plan and immediatly pay for an usa add-on which ill start using tomorow.
Background.. Years ago I had monthly koodo plan and used self serve online. Currently[b] I am on koodo prepaid. But today I just bought a new SIM card for my Galaxy S2 which i purchased in town at the Telus store in Salmon Arm. I got home and put it in and attempted to sign in and register online but the [b]website isnt working for me.
I entered my first and last name and my phone number but its not recognized.
When i sign in to self serve my email and password (the one i used several years ago) appears to work, the front page says "you do not have any balance owing" but no functions are truly available to me. When i click on different headings I show up on a blank screen again.
ive tried several browsers but that isnt the problem because My boyfriend signed into his monthly koodo account with no problems but mine just [b]show a green screen with a pink rectangle in the middle. Have you experienced this before? I
