Phone Protection Removal


I am quite annoyed, as I told by the person who sold me the phone that I did NOT want this service, and it was added even though my instructions were quite clear. Furthermore, when I try to remove it on your website, it does not happen and I get an error message. You are charging me a bogus fee of $7 a month for a service that I did not want, on a cheap phone. Please remove this ASAP.

Send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter and explain your situation and that you cannot remove it and they will remove it.

You should also have a chat with the manager at the store about refunding the difference.

This happened to me as well!!! I went to the store and they told me they couldn't refund or remove the charge. I called and the customer service rep tells me he can't refund that I need to go to the store. WTH! This is a very shady business practice I am so annoyed and am on hold (for the past 15 minutes) with their cancellation department. I don't support shady business practices.

I don't think it is shady business practices. I think maybe a lack of understanding on somebody's part. Try again but be calm and explain slowly and carefully and specifically.

They continue with this annoying policy. I was explicitly told at the store that I could remove this plan anytime I wanted online. NOT SO. What a bunch of liars.

You can remove it whenever you want, you just have to contact Koodo and they have to remove it for you.

this totally happened to me too. I did not want it, it was added and then I was told I could easily remove it on my self serve.   I am not very happy at all with this practice as I truly believe it scams me out of $7 monthly!

You can easily contact Koodo to get it removed if you'd like.
