I would like to add another add on to my plan, but I am afraid I will continue to be double billed. Someone please help. I cannot call Koodo or else they will charge me 10$ for removing the add-on, and I can't remove either of the add-ons myself because I get an error message that says, "Oops! Some add-ons can't be removed. Please contact us for help."
