Phone protection add-on being charged twice


Quebec customer. My "Current add-on(s)" section of the Self Serve portal indicates I am being charged twice for one add-on. One says, "Koodo Phone Protection" and the other says, "Koodo Phone Protection QC". Both indicate they are 7$ add ons. 

I would like to add another add on to my plan, but I am afraid I will continue to be double billed. Someone please help. I cannot call Koodo or else they will charge me 10$ for removing the add-on, and I can't remove either of the add-ons myself because I get an error message that says, "Oops! Some add-ons can't be removed. Please contact us for help."

Yeah, that shouldn't happen Justin. Send us a private message on Facebook and we will help out. The service fee of $10 applies to transaction only that customers can do themselves online.
