Phone expired day it was activated?


I purchased a prepaid cell and paid an additional $67 to set it up on the 18th. It's the 21st and I get a text from Koodo saying my phone is disconnected because plan expired the day it was purchased! I have the email receipt I received confirming the transaction. Who do I contact to fix this? I don't think I should have to pay to get this resolved!

Hi Miracle,

The best way to get this resolved is by calling Koodo using 1 (866) 995-6636. Unfortunately, none of us here have access to your account and have no way of seeing what happened on your account.
