phone expired


why does my account still say expired and why did you take 2 payments from my bank

Sorry This is not a direct link to Koodo exactly many of us here are customers just like yourself that help eachother out with issues with using your phone and service, we can't see your account so the only way to really get your answer is to call customer service and they can tell you exactly why your being charged.
