Phone card and plan move from one sim card to the next?

Hi there, My old phone fell out of my pocket and shattered on Wednesday, the screen no longer works and i am going to replace it. My old phone was the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 x which has a normal sim card. The phone i would like to replace it with is the samsung galaxy s4 mini which has a micro sim card. My question is, if i bring an unlocked samsung galaxy s4 mini, can i buy a micro sim and transfer my number and plan from my old sim to the new one? Thanks!!

Of course. When you bring your own unlocked device, all you have to do is pay for the new SIM card which will be $10. They can transfer your account, number, plan, etc. everything to your new SIM card and will set everything up for you. You also get 10% off on your plan when you bring your own device rather than getting the tab.

Yeah, but if she is an existing customer, she wont get 10% off if she still have any existing tab balances. Tab balances have to be at $0 or positive to get the 10% No Tab Discount.

If you buy the sim you can swap your number and plan to the new sim card via self serve. Just go the the Mobile Phone tab and click here

Just remember, sim cards have a 90 day life span when they are taken off the account. After 90 days, the sim card becoems unusable.
