Phone Broken on two year contract up this september


So, I have a 24 month contract which is up in september 2016 but, my phone's screen has been shattered to the point that I can not reliably use this phone, is there any chance I can get a new phone?

 Hi David,

You can definitely get a new phone! All you have to do is pay off the remaining tab balance and you can activate a new phone on the tab! The entire process can either happens through online order or in a kiosk!
Is there a way I can check the tab balance online?

Yup! When you log into self serve, click on "View Tab Balance"
