phone activation didn't work

  • I just activated my account, received an email, but cannot login, cannot access the password reset either and surprise, my phone isn't working either. No service, I certainly hope that wasn't a 65 dollar waste. The email I received, stated what I chose to sign up with, but says my email isn't in the system when I try to reset.

It's working now, my husband's worked immediately, as usual I'm the exception to the rule and it was working when i woke up Thank you
