You can download your entire bill in pdf format through self serve... I do believe that includes your use.

Does this work for prepaid customers?

For what I believe are privacy reasons, full bills tend not to b made available for sending to emails. As Chad said, you can go on self serve and download the full bill, which does include detailed usage.

I don't see why not. I have never had a prepaid line with Koodo but under self serve you choose between pre and post paid. Try it an see.

@Shelise: No. The usage history for prepaid customers cannot be downloaded in the form of a .pdf file. In Windows, you can right-click anywhere on the usage history page and select print. This method will print the entire page along with Koodo graphics and so forth. If you want to save ink and if you don't need all the graphics, highlight the usage history section only, right-click and select print.

Good point. Didn't see it come up as an option, but I do know it's out there as an extension or add-on to those browsers.

I think you have to be on the page and click print. It shows as an option in the preview.

Windows 10 has a built in PDF printer
