payment not paid to right area

i made a payment which was meant to go towards my baseplan and not to top ups...how can i fix this? my billing says i still owe 15.50 towards my base plan renewal on nov. 17 and i have 29.00 in my account

Payments are never, ever used for boosters, unless you specifically buy them - but if you have sufficient funds, they will be used to renew your base plan automatically.

If you have $29 on your account then your base plan renewal should be taken from that automatically
