Payment issues

About a month ago, I bought a Sim from Koodo. The guy who sold me made mistake while writing my name on files. I told him that it is wrong. Will this cause any problem? he said no!

Now, I want to pay my bills my name does not match my credit card information. 

Two days ago I went to them to ask them to edit my name. Although they changed my name, I still can not pay my bills.

I am mad. Definitely, I will no more use Koodo!

Id suggest contacting Koodo again and getting a hold of the payment department. They can sort everything on the account out for you and then process the payment all over the phone.

 

You could also pay it through your bank with your account number in the meantime.
