paying by debit


need confirmation number. I have paid by online credit card and online debit, no problems. But I notice when I use the online credit card I also receive a confirmation number from Koodo with a followup email that says I did indeed pay my bill.

However, when I pay my koodo bill online with DEBIT, there is no way for me to edit my invoice the PDF file that can be edited and insert the confirmation number. Any suggestions?

I am able to edit my PDF invoice with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Would you be able to email the debit confirmation to yourself for your records?

With Adobe Reader, you can't. But what you can do is add it as a comment.

There is also Adobe Fill and Sign that will allow you to do that.
Got it guys, thanks for your help. I did this before for the water heater rental but the approach was different. Once I got into it, it was easy-peasy. Thanks again
