payement won't go though - debit


I payed three times my monthly charge after my phone got cut off. I understand I was two months behind on payments and I payed as soon as I realized. My bank records show it worked but on the koodo site it's not getting it. It's been a couple of days now. My phone still doesn't work. I'm not sure if the extra months charge is an accident or why it won't recognize my payment.

Did you happen to use a Visa-debit card or did you pay it from your bank account at a teller, online banking via the bank's site or app? Bank payments take 3 - 5 business days to post on your account.

Did you call to report the payments? If so, have you spoken with tech support?
Anyways that must be what ed wrong. Thanks 😛 I'll just have to wait it out
