Paid bill by credit card online, said there was a processing error, try again or use a different card. Tried again. Payment was removed twic


Paid bill by credit card online, said there was a processing error and to try again or use a different card. Tried again. Checked bank account, payment was removed twice, and koodo self serve is not recognizing that either of the payments and that I still have a balance remaining on my bill.
