Mobile data has to be ON. MMS won't work over a wifi connection.P30 pro cant send or download mms
Have a P30 pro and i can't for the life of me get it to send or download pictures. I've reset my APN settings, reset all wifi/network settings, manually put koodo APN settings in and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Maybe OP got wifi calling to work on it. that's why i ask if regular texting on wifi calling works

But it was a P30 Pro Huawei - no wifi-calling.
MMS should work for wifi calling when it is connected according to this.

Well, your phone must have cellular signal at the time of sending those MMS. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multimedia_Messaging_Service

Seams odd I'm sure I've sent photos over wifi before, wifi calling/texting is working flawlessly on my P30 pro (not using WhatsApp, etc)

Yes, cellular data must be ON for MMS to work. MMS doesn't work over wifi.

That might be why? Work in a area that has no cell service so I have WiFi calling setup, although I have gotten it to work before on just WiFi so I'm at a lose as to what it could be
