outstanding credit on postpaid, moving to prepaid


Running a Samsung Moto G (I know, "old school") and I went from post-paid monthly to prepaid.  I paid off the last post-paid bill as it was sent to me. 

Now, my account for postpaid shows a - $33.00 balance, a credit.  How can I deal with this and hopefully get the balance sent to my prepaid account?  This is not a TAB balance, it's actual money I've paid to Koodo - and I wouldn't have paid this if I wasn't sent a bill for it.

Called customer service, they are issuing a refund cheque. Problem solved!

I know this online thing is good, but sometimes "talking to a human" fixes things best.
