ordering a new phone

I lost my Samsung Galaxy A8 last night and I’m trying to upgrade to a different phone online and just pay the remaining tab on my old phone but in ore to confirm the order it’s asking me to send a verification code to my old number. Obviously I can’t do it as I’ve lost it. What can I do
