online account still reflecting old owner's name

Hi there,

My koodo mobile number was under my husband's name. We recently switched it to my name (through a Koodo kiosk). Has been more than 2 weeks since we got the ownership changed, but the online account still reflects my husband as the owner. Please help?

To be more specific, let them know that you transferred ownership, but the email for self serve is still linked to the old account.
