online account help


I am trying to sign up for an online account but when I log in it asks me to change my email but I don't want to and I don't have another email. What can I do to get past this?

It sounds like your self serve account was setup incorrectly. You'll have to call Koodo customer service & have them fix the issue.
I had the same problem. Didn't set it up wrong something is wrong with web site setup.

Have you called Koodo to try to fix it?
I also have this issue at the moment. I got a new phone and this would be my first bill. I got a text from Koodo saying I have the chance to pay for my bill up until May 31st. (it's currently May 9th) Is it my registration that is the problem or is it the website having issues?

There's nothing wrong at all Matt you get billed a month in advance and have basically a month to pay your bill. This is why you have proration on your first bill and if you make any plan changes.
