So about a month ago I bought a Kodoo sim card for my LG cell phone. At the store I got put on a prepaid plan. I didn't really bother with the online stuff, but now I'm looking to pay my bills like a grown adult and now I find that I can't access my account. I can call and recieve texts, so I know my phone is activated, and I get emails from Kodoo, but when I try putting my email and the password in to get onto my account online, it tells me my email isn't even in the system? What even.

Are you sure it's prepaid?

Did you log onto self serve before?  Have you ever paid anything before?
