OnePlus 8T connecitivity issue - still unresolved months later

We started having this APN issue this summer with our OnePlus phones that we’ve had for 3+ years.  It got so annoying that my wife switched to an iPhone12.

It’s very annoying to have to remember every time that I leave the house to  turn off WiFi, go 4 swipes and clicks deep to get the APN screen switch to sp.telus.com (from the same company Telus/Koodo) and immediately re-select the sp.koodo.com.  Everything works just fine afterwards, but Koodo and OnePlus gotta figure this silliness out.   

 

This is getting so annoying that I’m going to take all four of our family and business accounts to another provider.  Come on Koodo, fix this please. $300/month of ARPU -- that’s worth $36,000 to Koodo at 10x ARPU. if someone from billing actually looks at this.

I certainly hope that a Rep that sees this will forward it on and something will be done but I would send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to have a ticket submitted to make follow-up easier.
