On holdyet again for over an hour!


Can someone please get back to me. I used to tell people how much I loved koodo customer service. Ya not so much anymore.

Try asking your question here, there are a lot of people in this community who can likely help solve your issue.
It's about my bill so I'd rather not. That's kind of personal. It would be really nice if your offices are closed that it would say so in the we're sorry for your wait message. Your wait times are ludicrous!!

Did you not get a message that offered to call you back? You can also send Koodo a private message on Facebook, to avoid the long wait on the phone.

No I didn't get any message. Just put on hold for over an hr. I'll try that thanks.

@ Kyla, we'll be the first to admit the traditional phone customers support is not our strength neither is our number one priority. While we very much aim to provide a great customer experience it is the self help type where we often excel. That is why we continue to build all the online tool, create public forums like this and many other way to get an answer to your question. Aside from me, all of the people above are customers just like you. 

I see that about 3 weeks ago you had posted a question about a 1 cent charge and David provided you with an answer. There are lots of people who asks questions about their bill s here and most of them get very quick help from the Community. You do not have to disclose any personal info but if you give us a more specific idea about your inquiry help will likely come quickly.  And you may not have to call in and be on hold on a Saturday morning.

Not to mention that direct messaging via Facebook and Twitter are alternate options to calling when dealing with account-sensitive information.

I appreciate the tips but I need to specifically speak to someone about my bill. Something no one can help me with here. I feel that at the very least a message asking for a call back number would suffice rather than be put on a ridiculously long hold. Just so very disappointed koodo. Would not expect this from Telus. Very frustrating. And I don't usually comment about things like this but feel it is merited.

We can try to help you out here. What's the issue you are having?
To contact Koodo I'd suggest first to message them on facebook or twitter, then id suggest you call them at 611 from your Koodo phone.
