Number doesn't seem to have ported over properly.


Spent 2 hours on hold before I had to give up. Signed up in store today and they ported my number over from virgin. Called the store, it worked, my phone is good to go they said. After a few hours I realized I've had no calls or text responses. Turns out all incoming calls go to my virgin voicemails. I can make calls out. My outgoing texts aren't reaching recipients and their texts are not coming to me. Took sim card out, rebooted phone. No idea what to do now.

Is it working yet? Not being able to receive texts or calls within the first few hours isn't out of the ordinary when it comes to porting.
Spoke too soon. Data still doesn't work as of right now.
