Not working in the USA

My roaming data is on, easy roam is on, I can get data but texts incoming and outgoing are not working, no calls in or out.

Ned help asap.

Have reset network settings, restarted etc.

Verizon is not a preferred roaming partner. Their technology is fundamentally different for voice & text.



If push comes to shove, in network connections choose automatic, AT&T or T-Mobile in that order.

Just switched to at&t and got service. Wonder if it matters which network I use while roaming

It shouldnt matter. Maybe Verizon is having some issues in the area where you are though.

I didn't realize Verizon was a roaming partner for Koodo/Telus at all. I know it was back in Telus' CDMA days but that was a long time ago. I just spent a week in NYC and had T-Mobile most of the time but did spot AT&T in my notification shade a couple of times.
