Not working...


my koodo account was made by my foster parents i no longer live with them or have any contact with them. I dont know the email and password so i cant top up my account. i tried calling i couldnt really understand what he was saying. ive also tried the *611 and it just says that it cant complelte or whatever then takes me to customer survice

If your foster parents created that number, they are still the owners of it. I don't think Koodo can override the username/password.

You could, however, created another number of your own, if you wish.
