NOT HAPPY!!!


I am very disappointed in the Koodo Customer Service. I have tried multiple attempts to reach Koodo to assist me in a simple matter of changing my phone number. I've tried to do it myself online and in-store, but neither has worked and I was referred to their Customer Service. I have now been waiting two hours just trying to connect to someone and I had the same problem yesterday when I was waiting again another two hours. I am deeply disappointed in Koodo's service and seriously considering changing my service provider!

Are you trying to change your number to one from the different province (Did you move to a different province?).  If Not, then you should be able to chane your number in self serve.  Are you getting any errors?

Yes, I moved provinces but i don't understand why its so hard to change a number.

There are certain interprovincial moves which require a plan change. That may be why you can't simply make the change online. You should have been offered the option of a call back when you called Koodo, which removes the need to wait on the phone, while preserving your place in the queue.

I was offer the option of a call back and was never called back after waiting 2 hours, so i called again and am currently still waiting. 
I have been with Koodo since the beginning and never had any problems with their customer service but this is just ridiculous.

Im surprised that the Koodo kiosk didnt update your address for you (assuming you have ID with proof of new address

I know I was too!! I did have ID and proof of my new address with me. The girl that was there did not have a good attitude and sorry to say this but was just useless.

Alternatives might be to call another store to see if they will change your address since you just moved to the province.  Or you can message Koodo on social media.  These should be faster options than calling customer service
